All quotes are offered free of charge; however, final pricing may vary depending on the size of the property, condition of the space, or any additional work requested beyond the original estimate. We reserve the right to adjust pricing when the actual scope of work differs from the initial assessment.

Payments may be made either before or after the service is completed, depending on the agreement with the client. We accept major electronic and traditional payment methods, including card and bank transfer, and we may accommodate other mutually agreed payment arrangements when necessary.

Clients are expected to provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. QG Cleaning reserves the right to decline or cancel services at our discretion if necessary due to safety concerns, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances.

While we take great care in performing our services, QG Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or conditions that existed prior to the cleaning service. Clients are encouraged to inform us of fragile items or areas requiring special attention before service begins.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If a client is not satisfied with the service provided, they may request a complimentary re-clean within 24 to 48 hours of the original appointment, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the concern.

Clients agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property, including necessary utilities such as electricity and water, as well as suitable working conditions and parking if applicable. Failure to provide adequate access or safe conditions may result in service delays or cancellations.
